Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Process-Control CN3232PI-PI-2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Digital-Electronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pv-Powered parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Pwr product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Digital-Electronics such as the HTK2300V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 22600052 manufactured by Pv-Powered and we are pleased to be able to service most Pv-Powered systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 110382004 by Manufacturer Pwr as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Robox Brand AS503400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Promess such as 8500400A11 equipment made by Promess have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Promess products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Promess" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8500400400 made by Promess as well as the popular LMA2TAVTC1R20 original spares produced by Pulsatron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPMP6030 by Proportion-Air and 8500400A11 spares by Promess are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DUM405420R96W1A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Promess.
